Lincoln to handle leasing on behalf of new owner, TerraCap Management
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the leasing assignment for 200 Ashford Center, a Class A office building located in the Central Perimeter submarket of Atlanta. Matt Davis and George Gwaltney of Lincoln will handle leasing on behalf of the new owner, TerraCap Management.
Located just off Mt. Vernon Road in Dunwoody, 200 Ashford Center offers immediate access to SR 400 and I-285. The five-story, 159,154-square-foot office facility is currently 85 percent leased, with vacancies ranging in size from 1,000 to 14,000 square feet offering efficient floorplates for a number of smaller tenants and businesses.
