Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt officially opened its doors to guests on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018, two months ahead of schedule. The residential-style hotel, developed by Atlanta-based Songy Highroads, LLC in partnership with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is situated in Midtown within walking distance to Vanderbilt University, Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Medical Center.
Designed by Wakefield Beasley & Associates and built by Reeves Young, the 15-story hotel features 201 spacious guestrooms, including 49 suites with fully equipped kitchens for extended stays. Guests have access to an outdoor pool, 24-hour gym, around-the-clock market, garage parking and 2,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The pet-friendly hotel serves complimentary breakfast, and its H BAR features drinks, snacks and an outdoor firepit area. Located in the city’s West End district, the Hyatt House is close to some of Nashville’s best dining and entertainment options as well as many corporate offices.
