Habitat for Humanity Relocates Administrative Headquarters with 54,603 SF Lease at Peachtree Center’s Marquis Two Tower

The global housing organization plans to occupy its new space by November 2019

Peachtree Center, Downtown Atlanta’s iconic mixed-use development, and Colliers International Group Inc. announced today that Habitat for Humanity signed a 54,603-square-foot lease at Marquis Two tower. The global non-profit is moving its administrative headquarters from 270 Peachtree and will occupy its new space by November 2019. Known for helping those in need of affordable housing build or improve a decent place to call home, Habitat for Humanity will join Peachtree Center’s extensive roster of non-profit tenants and be the 20th tenant to expand or move into Peachtree Center in the past year.

Peachtree Center is approaching a spring 2019 completion of the massive redevelopment of its public spaces and retail center known as The Hub, adding new eateries and experiences and modernizing its design. The renovated community will enhance the experience offered to Peachtree Center’s office tenants, which already includes seamless transit access and proximity to over 50 restaurants and shops. Additionally, Peachtree Center’s Marquis Towers will benefit from the renovation project with a new fitness center and conference center in 2019.

More than 22 million people have secured new or improved housing through Habitat for Humanity since the organization was founded in 1976. In the last year alone, Habitat helped more than 8.7 million people through construction activities, market development and professional services, and an additional 2.2 million gained the potential to improve their living conditions through training and advocacy.
