
Patti Neal
Carter, one of the country’s leading real estate investment, development and advisory firms, is pleased to announce Senior Vice President Patti Neal has been promoted to Executive Vice President.
Since joining in 2000, Neal has served as an invaluable asset to Carter’s development team. Her experience and expertise in budget development and management, contract negotiations, scheduling, designer and contractor relations, and supervision of construction delivery, spans across multi-phased projects for both institutional and private clients.
Neal has successfully delivered nearly $1 billion in development with project types ranging from office and medical space to urban mixed-use. Neal is currently leading a variety of projects across Carter’s portfolio, including the Morehouse School of Medicine mixed-use, Summerhill multi-family projects and The DeSOTA in Sarasota, Florida.

Neal received her Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue, before attending Emory University where she earned her Master of Business Administration. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Neal is an accredited LEED AP, proficient in today’s sustainable design, construction and operations standards, along with being an accomplished, competitive triathlete.
