Intown’s Premier Mixed-Use Destination Celebrates Global Fashion Retailer’s Flagship Store Reopening
Atlantic Station recently celebrated the grand reopening of the Southeast’s largest H&M location with a DJ, a ceremonial ribbon cutting and 25 percent off to all customers. The two-level, 39,441-square-foot, newly renovated flagship store will offer shoppers across the Southeast premium access to the brand’s latest collections for ladies, men and teens, as well as the H&M’s Kids Collection for newborns to 14-year-olds. In addition to clothing, the expanded H&M will feature a separate section for accessories including handbags, shoes, jewelry and more.
“We are ecstatic to reopen the Southeast’s largest H&M in Atlantic Station,” said Nick Garzia, Director of Leasing for Hines. “Fast fashion is here to stay, and H&M is the global leader in the category. It’s appeal to shoppers across all age segments and incomes is one of the things that has made Atlantic Station so successful over the years. This is the first major element of the overall re-positioning of the project. The $20 million renovation of our central park, the flagship Forever 21, Bowlero and HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern will all open in 2019, along with the remodel of Regal Cinemas will continue our evolution.”
As part of H&M’s global garment collecting program, customers at the Atlantic Station location will have the opportunity to help save natural resources and contribute to a reduced environmental impact by donating unwanted pieces of clothing from any brand while in the store. Customers who bring their garments in will receive a voucher for 15 percent off their entire purchase.
In addition to the opening of H&M, Atlantic Station has recently celebrated the opening of the much-anticipated Japanese barbecue concept, Gyu-Kaku, White Barn Candle and Pink.
