Dentons partner Gary Marsh was named one of Georgia Trend magazine's 2018 Legal Elite. Georgia Trend has been recognizing the state’s top attorneys for 16 years. Nominations for the annual Legal Elite roundup are submitted through peer nomination.

Marsh is a member of Dentons' US Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice. He represents creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings, out of court restructurings and debtor/creditor litigation. He also analyzes and defends against preference and fraudulent conveyance actions, represents buyers of assets out of bankruptcy and represents landlords and other parties who have leases or contracts with debtors.

Marsh is also a Fellow in The American College of Bankruptcy and an Adjunct Professor in bankruptcy at Emory University School of Law.
