Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) secured a new lease at The Gold Building, a renovated office building in one of Atlanta’s dense business corridors, bringing the building to 98 percent leased. Matt Fergus and Hunter Henritze of Lincoln represented the owner, Generational Capital Partners, LLC.
Clockwork Concepts signed a new lease for 4,241 square feet at The Gold Building, a 66,869-square-foot office building located in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket of Atlanta. Emily Ferguson of CBRE represented the tenant.
