Considered the Atlanta housing industry’s highest accolade, the annual GAHBA OBIE Awards recognize outstanding innovation in new home building across more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. Windsong Properties earned three Gold awards in the following categories:
- Single Family – Zero Lot Line, $225,000 to $299,999 price range, for The Hadley at Bel-Aire Creekside community
- Single Family – Zero Lot Line, $300,000 to $399,999 price range, for The Emerson at Bel-Aire Creekside community
- Single Family – Zero Lot Line, $400,000 to $499,999 price range, for The Carson at Serenade community
Additionally, Windsong earned a Silver award in the Best Building Design – Detached Model, $300,000 to $399,999 price range, category for its The Ashton at Grace community.
