Located just steps away from landmark destinations such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium and CNN Center, the iconic tower has capitalized on Downtown Atlanta’s renaissance by signing leasing agreements totaling more than 112,000 square feet year-to-date.
