WHAT: Crescent Communities is marking the completion of its first NOVEL-branded community in Atlanta, NOVEL Perimeter by Crescent Communities – the first of three new NOVEL communities to open in Metro Atlanta over the next two years – with a grand opening on Wednesday, October 24. Media are invited to experience the lifestyle-centric approach Crescent takes in creating premier multifamily communities, including curated community programming, local partnerships and an unrivaled work-life-play location.

Centrally positioned in the vibrant commercial district near shopping and booming office parks and with convenient highway and MARTA access, NOVEL Perimeter offers a spa-like serenity that brings a centering point to busy lives via a luxurious home retreat. WHY: NOVEL Perimeter is the first of three Crescent multifamily developments in Atlanta that will deliver this year and next.
