Emory University expands healthcare practice, bringing office park to 95 percent leased
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) secured two new leases at Executive Park in North Druid Hills, bringing the 320,000-square-foot office park to 95 percent leased. Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney of Lincoln represented the landlord, Emory University.
Emory Brain Health Center signed a new lease for 24,483 square feet at 6 Executive Park Drive. The Emory Brain Health Center combines psychiatry and behavioral sciences, rehabilitation medicine, neurology, neurosurgery and sleep medicine to offer complete, coordinated care for disorders of the brain.
Emory Healthcare, Inc., the largest healthcare system in Georgia, signed a new lease for 6,106 square feet at 52 Executive Park Drive. Emory Healthcare offers patients and families over 2,000 doctors and 200 locations, including six hospitals as well as primary care, urgent care and MinuteClinics.
“Executive Park offers advantages to Emory Brain Health Center and Emory Healthcare to help them continue providing the excellent care their patients need,” said Lincoln’s Henson.
With six office buildings totaling 378,882 square feet, Executive Park provides a vast facility that can accommodate office or medical users. The park offers offices ranging from 1,000 to 20,000 square feet and a prominent location with market-leading ingress and egress via the I-85 and North Druid Hills interchange.
