Colliers International’s Atlanta-based Southeast Retail Investment Sales Team brokered the sale of Shoppes at Trickum, a community shopping center shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter in the affluent Atlanta suburb of Woodstock. The 49,900-square-foot property sold to Halpern Enterprises for $8.15 million. Colliers International’s Joe Montgomery and Tony D’Ambrosio served as exclusive agent to the private seller.
