
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 133,640-square-foot lease with Chadwell Supply Georgia at Bright Star Logistics Center, a master-planned industrial campus located in Douglasville, Georgia. Pat Murphy, James Phillpott, and Tara Healy of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Silverman Group, in the transaction andBilly Snowden of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

Centrally located between two of the largest inland port facilities in the Southeast, Bright Star Logistics Center is expected to attract manufacturers and third-party logistics companies. The park will feature three modern distribution buildings, one of which is currently occupied by Andersen Windows. The speculative building where Chadwell will be located has 201,973 square feet remaining for lease, and is slated for delivery November 2018.
