Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) announced the sale of an office / warehouse building in Roswell, Georgia.

CNCC Holdings, LLC purchased 2000 Northfield Court, a 50,000-square-foot office / warehouse building located in Roswell, Georgia that was formally occupied by Honeywell International. Jeff Henson of Lincoln represented the buyer. Rocky Kaufman of KW Commercial represented the seller, DeMatto Management.
