Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) secured a major lease renewal at 6465 East Johns Crossing, a prominent Class A office space in Johns Creek, Georgia. Michael Howell and George Gwaltney of Lincoln represented the new ownership group, The Simpson Organization.
Anheuser-Busch renewed its 9,275-square-foot lease at 6465 East Johns Crossing. Kirk Diamond and April Parrish of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
6465 East Johns Crossing is a four-story, 100,000-square-foot, Class A office building. Located within Johns Creek Technology Park, a 1,900-acre master planned development, the property includes outdoor patio space overlooking a two-acre lake and connection to a lakeside walking path with fitness stations.
