Seven Oaks Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Seven Oaks Company, announces today its latest property management assignment: Founders Park I and II in the North Fulton submarket. The park, which is currently approximately 87 percent leased, is located on the west side of Georgia 400 and owned by Founders EMC, LLC. Bryan Heller with CBRE leases the buildings.

This addition of approximately 202,000 square feet of office space at Founders Park brings Seven Oaks’ current property management portfolio to more than 2.4M square feet. The portfolio includes a range of adaptive re-use office buildings, Class-A trophy space and single-story properties. The property management team is made up of approximately 20 team members, including engineers and managers.
