
Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation, research and consulting firms, today announced the opening of its 13th new office in less than 18 months: IRR-Atlanta.
IRR-Atlanta opens under the leadership of Matthew Albigese, MAI, a seasoned industry veteran who has been appraising commercial real estate properties and tracking property trends throughout Georgia for more than 15 years. Located at 5256 Peachtree Road, IRR-Atlanta expands IRR’s market coverage throughout Georgia and Alabama and aligns with IRR’s aggressive growth strategy. In addition to adding more than a dozen new offices nationwide, the Company also launched IRR-Hotels, a hotels specialty practice group and expanded its IRR Healthcare & Senior Housing team.

Albigese began his appraisal career with McColgan & Company, an Atlanta-based company specializing in market analyses and appraisals of real property. Over the years, he has built a prestigious client roster and gained valuable experience valuing a wide range of commercial real estate properties including land, industrial, retail, general and medical offices, subsidized and market rent multifamily properties, mixed-use developments, hotels, institutional properties, and various special purpose properties. Albigese holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management from The University of Georgia.

John Zaworski, who has worked in the real estate industry for more than a decade, also joins IRR-Atlanta team as analyst. He joins IRR from McColgan & Company. He previously held positions with privately-held single-family residential developers: Haven Real Estate Investments and Edward Andrews Homes. Actively engaged in the appraisal and consulting of all types of commercial real estate including. Zaworski received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and a master’s degree in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology.
