Atlanta-based DiversiTech, a leading manufacturer and distributor of HVAC parts and accessories, has leased 35,588-square feet of office space at Sugarloaf II in Duluth, Ga.

DiversiTech has more than 1 million square feet of manufacturing and distribution space in the U.S., Canada and Europe. The company will move its headquarters from another smaller site in Duluth. “This decision is an exciting one for us and it is reflective of our past and future growth initiatives. Most importantly, it reinforces DiversiTech’s core value as the preferred employer to top talent in our industry and our commitment to the local community we have been a part of for almost 50 years,” said CEO Andy Bergdoll.
