Colliers International’s Atlanta-based Southeast Retail Investment Sales Team brokered the sale of Village at Sandhill Town Center I, Columbia, South Carolina’s premier Lifestyle Shopping Center. The 288,000 square foot property sold to Sandhill Center, LLC, a Broward County, Florida-based private ownership group for $16.25 million. The Colliers’ team, led by Joe Montgomery and Tony D’Ambrosio, served as exclusive agent to the seller, a CMBS Special Servicer.
