WHAT: The Collective at Concourse invites the public to its second “Movies on the Green” event on Thursday, July 12 as part of its ongoing summer series. From 6:30 to 9:00 p.m., the Concourse green will transform into illuminated outdoor cinema, perfect for attendees of all ages to enjoy a night under the stars. This free outdoor movie event will also feature spacious lawn seating, food trucks and outdoor games providing a fun, family friendly event in front of the big screen.
This month’s movie is “Grease,” a classic, feel-good American musical starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John that features the on-again, off-again romance between a local hoodlum and his Australian love interest.Throughout the event, moviegoers can enjoy complimentary beer and wine and a selection of menu items from the Patty Wagon food truck. For a traditional movie treat, attendees can snack on gourmet popcorn from Popcorn Palooza. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs.
