The innovative position reflects changing office tenant expectations

Zeller Realty Group (ZRG) today announced the appointment of Tashe Graves as Community Engagement Manager at 100 Peachtree. This announcement comes on the heels of several lease signings and renovations at the iconic Downtown Atlanta office tower.

In this new role, Graves is charged with creating a dynamic workplace community through event programming and resort-level services. She will oversee the operations of the 18th floor amenity center; coordinate “Lunch & Learns” with speakers on various topics; organize charity events throughout the year; manage the annual tenant services budget; foster networking among tenants; provide high-touch concierge services, including tenant newsletters and ticket services; and create unique tenant welcome programs.

“As ZRG’s plans to reenergize 100 Peachtree move forward, tenant and community programming will play a critical role in the building’s reemergence as a dynamic place for people to work and play,” said Lauren Fang, General Manager of 100 Peachtree. “We’re thrilled to welcome Tashe to this innovative position, and look forward to working with her to elevate tenant experiences and strengthen 100 Peachtree’s connectivity with the neighborhood.”

In addition to enhancing tenant-to-tenant and tenant-to-management relations, Graves will be responsible for facilitating partnerships with community organizations in Downtown Atlanta, such as Central Atlanta Progress, Atlanta Downtown Improvement District and Georgia State University. Serving as a liaison between 100 Peachtree and these community groups, Graves will attend local community meetings to discuss neighborhood improvements. She will also serve as the main contact for vendor programming and event coordination, which includes sponsoring, advertising and co-hosting events to increase 100 Peachtree’s activity within the surrounding Fairlie-Poplar neighborhood and Woodruff Park.

“Hospitality-inspired services, five-star amenities and community activations are essential to building a workplace experience that resonates with top talent, and we’re committed to investing both capital and personnel into these vital components as we move toward achieving our vision for 100 Peachtree,” said Mark Vollbrecht, Principal for ZRG, who offices at 100 Peachtree. “By engaging our tenants and the surrounding neighborhood with exciting events and creating collaborative relationships with community organizations, Tashe will fulfill a critical role. We’re excited to welcome her to the team.”

Last month, ZRG detailed its plans to redesign 100 Peachtree’s amenity spaces and common areas. Amenity package upgrades are expected to be completed by early 2019. Since acquiring 100 Peachtree in May 2017, ZRG has signed several notable tenants including TriBridge Residential, The Boston Consulting Group and CallRail, which plans to add another 300 jobs as it expands at 100 Peachtree over the next five years.
