Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the leasing assignment for two office/flex buildings at Marietta Technology Center, formerly known as Newmarket Business Park. Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney of Lincoln will handle leasing on behalf of the owners, Praelium Commercial Real Estate and South Street Partners.
2110 Newmarket Parkway Southeast, a 40,530-square-foot, two-story office building, is available for lease or purchase. The 2.45-acre site offers flexible floor plates, allowing a user to occupy all or a portion of the building, leasing the remainder to other tenants. It also features prominent monument signage, main building signage, surface parking, well-capitalized ownership and 24/7 roving security throughout the park.
2121 Newmarket Parkway Southeast is available for lease. The single-story office/flex building totaling 85,685 square feet offers spaces ranging from 2,141 square feet up to 9,694 square feet. The property offers prominent monument signage, on-site attentive property management and engineering, ample free surface parking, tenant-controlled utilities, full-height floor to ceiling windows, grade-level loading, well-capitalized ownership and 24/7 roving security.
Both buildings are located within the Marietta Opportunity Zone.
On the heels of this transition, Lincoln has secured a new lease at 2121 Newmarket Parkway Southeast. THS National, LLC who will occupy 4,103 square feet at the building. Lincoln’s Henson and Gwaltney represented the landlord.
