Miller & Martin is pleased to announce attorney Laura DiBiase has joined the firm as an associate in the Atlanta office.

Ms. DiBiase focuses her practice on assisting clients navigate a variety of creditors’ rights and insolvency matters, including workouts, bankruptcies, enforcement actions, and other related business concerns.

“We are pleased to add Laura to our Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights group,” stated Bill DuPre, Member in the Atlanta office. “The experience and knowledge she gained as a clerk for Judge Sacca is invaluable to our group.”

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. DiBiase clerked for the Honorable James R. Sacca of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia(Atlanta Division).

Ms. DiBiase holds a J.D. from Mercer University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at Mercer, she served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review and competed on the Ruby R. Vale Corporate moot court team. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, graduating cum laude.
