Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta and Engel & Völkers Atlanta North Fulton have strengthened the brand’s Atlanta market presence with the opening of the firm’s flagship shop in Alpharetta. The Buckhead Atlanta and Atlanta North Fulton offices, led by Atlanta real estate veteran Shirley Gary, posted over $260 million in sales volume in 2017, reaffirming its position in the Atlanta luxury real estate market.

Engel & Völkers Atlanta North Fulton is Gary’s second shop. This location is focusing on the affluent Northern arc including Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek and Milton. The storefront, which opened its doors in May 2018, is located in the newly constructed Liberty Village by Avalon and serves a vast portfolio including luxurious single-family homes and townhomes in sought-after locations like The Manor Golf & Country Club and Country Club of the South.
