Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures New Leases, Expansions and Renewals at Midtown Plaza

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated several new leases and lease expansions at Midtown Plaza. Michael Howell, Hunter Henritze and Caroline Cole of Lincoln represented the landlord.

New leases, lease expansions and renewals at Midtown Plaza include:

  • Wounded Warrior signed a new lease for 5,541 square feet at Two Midtown Plaza. JLL’s Love represented the tenant.
  • Perficient, Inc. signed a 4,362-square-foot lease expansion at One Midtown Plaza. JLL’s Love represented the tenant.
  • BBG, Inc. signed a new lease at Two Midtown Plaza for 3,867 square feet. Jack Chapman of Transwestern represented the tenant.
  • Atlantic & Pacific Association Management, Inc. signed a 3,129-square-foot expansion at Two Midtown Plaza. Russ Jobson of Colliers represented the tenant.
  • Moorman Pieschel signed a 2,211-square-foot renewal at One Midtown Plaza.
  • Softvision, LLC signed a new lease at Two Midtown Plaza for 1,762 square feet. Margaret Schultz of Wildmor Realty represented the tenant.
  • Thompson Engineering signed a new lease at One Midtown Plaza for 1,616 square feet. Liz Love of JLL represented the tenant.
