Simon, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, gave additional details today regarding the office component of its transformative redevelopment project at the iconic Phipps Plaza which was announced last fall.
The 13-story Class A office building, a key component of the mixed-use redevelopment will be named One Phipps Plaza. CBRE has been selected as the leasing agent for the project, located at 3550 Peachtree Road, and will begin leasing initiatives immediately. In addition to modern, efficient office space inspired by the iconic center, One Phipps Plaza will also include multiple signage opportunities, a three-story lower level parking garage, outdoor event and dining space and unmatched access to GA-400.
“Initial leasing interest for One Phipps Plaza has been very strong,” said Patrick Peterman, Simon’s Vice President of Development and Asset Intensification. “The combination of access to world-class retail, hospitality, dining, and fitness is proving to be very attractive for prospective office tenants.”
