Text messaging software to provide new service to guests, residents and tenants of Colony Square
In an effort to keep the community informed during the redevelopment of Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta, North American Properties (NAP) announced today the introduction of an innovative new amenity, a Digital Concierge. Using Zingle, a mobile messaging system, tenants and guests can text inquiries to Colony Square’s ExperienceMakers™ and receive personalized responses in real time.
“Our team is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for every guest, resident and tenant of Colony Square,” said Liz Gillespie, partner and vice president of marketing at NAP. “While we reimagine Midtown’s corner of 14th and Peachtree Streets, we want to ensure easy access to our team and foster efficient communication. Direct access to our Concierge team will remain digital throughout renovations, our full-service, resort-level Concierge experience will open as part of the reimagined Colony Square in 2020.”
When curating mixed-use destinations, NAP focuses on building community – places to gather, connect and enjoy meaningful experiences. Central to its approach is a Ritz-Carlton-trained, hospitality-infused team of ExperienceMakers™ dedicated to providing elevated experiences for every guest. When the renovation of Colony Square is complete, a 315-square-foot Concierge will be centrally located in The Plaza near the new iPic Theater Restaurant. In the meantime, tenants, residents and guests are encouraged to reach out to the Digital Concierge with questions and suggestions by texting 678-498-6384.

NAP broke ground on the multi-phased redevelopment of the 50-year-old mixed-use community in October 2017. Upon completion, the destination will encompass office space, condos, a 467-room hotel, 160,000 square feet of curated entertainment, dining, retail and fitness concepts, including a food hall known as Main & Main. The first phase, which will include street-level retail and restaurants wrapping the 100 building at 14th and Peachtree, will deliver just in time for the Holidays.
