Fashion-forward woman’s clothing boutique brings stylish and affordable fashion to Forsyth County
HALYCON today announces Lizard Thicket, a unique woman’s fashion boutique, as the latest addition to Forsyth County’s new upscale development. HALCYON’s Lizard Thicket will be the twenty-seventh Lizard Thicket boutique to open in the U.S. and will occupy approximately 3,000 square feet in HALCYON’s mixed-use village.
Lizard Thicket prides itself in selling the latest, most fashion-forward styles and accessories at surprisingly low prices. With only six pieces of each clothing style carried in-store, Lizard Thicket guarantees that its stylish clientele can wear Lizard Thicket threads with confidence that their wardrobe is as unique as they are.

Lizard Thicket was founded by Sheri Waynick in 1981 with a strong focus on providing fabulous fashion while positively impacting the community. Each Lizard Thicket employee and franchise owner is hand-selected and actively involved in community service work. HALCYON is currently under construction and will open on March 23, 2019. RocaPoint Partners and New York-based The Georgetown Company make up the development team. JLL Retail manages the retail leasing efforts. HALCYON will include approximately 480,000 square feet of office and retail space, a luxury dine-in movie theater, two hotels and 690 residential units, once completed.
