InterCapital Group Acquires Villas at West Ridge Sells
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Villas at West Ridge, a 230-unit apartment community located in Lithia Springs, Georgia. Nathan Swenson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Adams LaSalle Realty, in the transaction. InterCapital Group acquired the property.
“Atlanta’s west side, particularly the western suburbs, are attracting both residents and investors,” Swenson said. “Residents are drawn to quality of life, easier commutes andexpanding employment centers all along Atlanta’s western flank, and investors are looking to capitalize on these demand factors, reinforced by limited new supply of multifamily coupled with a near inability to build new multifamily.”
Located off of Interstate 20 in Douglas County, Villas at West Ridge is proximate to a multitude of distribution/logistics jobs and provides new ownership with proven value-add upside potential. Amenities include a car care center, dog park, fitness center, grilling/picnic areas, a playground, a saltwater swimming pool and a business center.
