Bailey has over 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He is responsible for providing full-service lending options including first-time homebuyers, non-conforming loans, investment property and more. Bailey’s commitment to an excellent customer experience earned him the Gold Award from the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia from 2009-2016. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi.

Harrison has over 22 years of experience and a deep knowledge of every aspect of the mortgage lending process. Prior to joining State Bank, he was a top closer with a Florida mortgage company. He is a native of Augusta, Georgia and comes from a real estate and mortgage family.

Hogan is an Atlanta mortgage industry veteran, and comes to the State Bank mortgage team with nearly 20 years of experience in residential mortgages, including the creation of four mortgage departments. He has extensive experience with purchase, construction, renovation and refinance transactions and currently sits on the Chamblee City Council. Hogan received his bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University.

Pierce has over 25 years of experience in the banking and mortgage finance industries. Previously she was a lender at a community bank located in Carrollton, Georgia. Pierce is active in the local community, including with the Women’s Shelter the Animal Shelter, and various other non-profit outreaches. .
