Colliers International’s Atlanta-based Southeast Retail Investment Sales Team has brokered the sale of a 55,000-square-foot Hobby Lobby in the Trussville submarket of Birmingham, Alabama.

Tony D’Ambrosio and Joe Montgomery of Colliers International’s Southeast Retail Investment Sales Team brokered the sale on behalf of the seller.

“This is a newly constructed, trophy single-tenant asset,” said D’Ambrosio. “The transaction was an all-cash sale to a private 1031 buyer.”
