Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) announced today the sale of 6141 Crooked Creek, a two-story creative office/flex building in the Peachtree Corners/Norcross submarket. Jeff Henson of Lincoln represented the buyer, Injured Gadgets.

Injured Gadgets purchased 6141 Crooked Creek, an 18,600-square-foot, creative office/flex building in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Injured Gadgets is the leading online wholesale distributor for cell phone, tablet and MacBook repair parts, accessories and tools. The company is moving from a nearby office location and will use 6141 Crooked Creek as its corporate headquarters. Mark Kercher of Kercher Realty, LLC represented the seller.
