Specialty healthcare system will phase in over four floors

Grubb Properties is pleased to announce that specialty healthcare system Veritas Collaborative has signed a new long-term lease in the Park at Perimeter Center East in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter Market. 

Headquartered in Durham, N.C., Veritas Collaborative has a system of hospitals and medical facilities in the Southeast specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. Dedicated to best practice care for children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 21, the Atlanta hospital will occupy 62,980 square feet over four floors in Building 41 at the corporate campus.

Veritas Collaborative CEO Stacie McEntyre said, “We are very pleased to find a home for our state-ofthe-art treatment facility to serve greater Atlanta, Georgia, and surrounding Southeastern states. It is very important to us that the hospital was near the critical medical cluster at I-285 and GA 400, and the Park at Perimeter Center East best fits all our needs.”

The Park at Perimeter Center East consists of three mid-rise office buildings in the heart of the Central Perimeter at the northern point of I-285 and its intersection with Ashford Dunwoody Road near GA 400. The office park offers free on-site shuttle service to the Dunwoody MARTA transit station. 

Since acquiring the property in 2015, Grubb Properties has invested approximately $4.4 million in capital improvements focused on energy efficiency and modernization to lower tenants’ energy costs and provide much-needed building updates.

Grubb Properties purchased and took over management of Park at Perimeter Center East in 2015 as its first Atlanta-area office investment. In 2016 the company established its fourth corporate office at the office park, joining others in Cary, Charlotte, and Lexington, N.C.
