RW Designs DBA RW Design & Exchange brings unique design concept to Forsyth County’s new upscale mixed-use village

HALCYON today announced that RW Designs, an upscale interior design studio and gallery, is joining its impressive tenant list. RW Design & Exchange will relocate the showroom from its current location at The Collection in Cumming, Georgia and will occupy a 7,500-square-foot space at the entrance of HALCYON. HALCYON, the new mixed-use village currently under construction in Forsyth County, is being developed by RocaPoint Partners and New York-based The Georgetown Company.

Founded by Rhonda White in 1987, RW Designs has become a name uniquely associated with Atlanta interior design. Rhonda offers customers impeccable design and timeless distinction in each of her high-end product lines, along with guidance throughout any stage of the design process. In 2009, RW Designs opened its first storefront, RW Design & Exchange, allowing customers to visit the design gallery and buy products. RW Design & Exchange offers services ranging from residential and commercial design, to model home design.

RW Design & Exchange at HALCYON will be situated in a two-story space with the first floor serving as a show room, and the second-floor housing offices and design space. RW Designs is able to help HALCYON homeowners and visitors design their homes from the ground up, help current home owners redesign spaces they already have, and welcome shoppers into the showroom.

HALCYON is currently under construction. JLL Retail manages the retail leasing efforts. JLL is also managing the office leasing efforts. HALCYON will include 480,000 square feet of office and retail space, a luxury movie theater, two hotels and 690 residential units, once completed.
