CBRE Global Investors Unveils The Collective at Concourse in Central Perimeter

Significant capital improvements and programming planned for trio of office buildings

CBRE Global Investors today announced its comprehensive vision for The Collective at Concourse, an iconic group of Class A office buildings located in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter market. The global real estate management firm recently acquired the three mid-rise office buildings known as Concourse Buildings I, II and IV, and plans a $6 million capital improvement project that will incorporate enhanced amenities, shared co-working spaces and a full menu of community entertainment and events.

Totaling 751,093 square feet, The Collective at Concourse will join CBRE’s exclusive “5-Star Worldwide” program, a national network of elite office buildings that attract and retain top talent through its resort-inspired professional services and special events. Full lobby renovations are planned for Buildings II and IV, along with 5-Star conference centers, a new spec suite program, and other front-of-house enhancements. A new greenspace for community events and highly visible signage opportunities for all three towers are included as well. Available floor plates range from 37,000 to 41,000 square feet, and will include loft suites that blend flexible design and open floor plans.

The revamped, atrium-style lobbies will embrace biophilic design elements, including abundant natural light, indoor water features and a variety of plant life.

Round-the-clock shuttles are available for workers going to and from The Collective at Concourse to the nearby Dunwoody MARTA station. The campus also provides convenient access to Interstate 285 and other major travel arteries in the area, as well as ample parking.

The buildings are currently 87% leased, and include notable tenants such as SecureWorks, T-Mobile, Elavon and Amtrak. The Central Perimeter submarket currently has the lowest vacancy rate of any Atlanta submarket.
