Michael Howell, Hunter Henritze and Caroline Cole of Lincoln represented the landlord, The Dilweg Companies. Martin Clark of KW Commercial represented the tenant.

In addition to the new lease, The Pointe is about to undergo a multimillion dollar renovation to the main lobbies, corridors, restrooms and amenity areas.
