SRS’ Investment Properties Group (IPG) exclusively marketed and brokered the sale of a Sherwin-Williams Retail Center in Knightdale, a suburb of Raleigh, N.C. The center consists of 23,307 square feet and is situated on 2.49 acres of land. The property is located at 7513 Knightdale Boulevard with a traffic count exceeding 27,000 vehicles daily. It is positioned just east of the major intersection of State Route 2233 and Knightdale Boulevard which serves as a busy retail shopping node within the submarket. The property benefits from its location in Knightdale, the one of the fastest growing cities in North Carolina. The seller, Blinson Buildings, Inc., sold the property for $2 million on December 22, 2017 to Builder and Builder Investment Group, LLC.
