The lobby recently received a merit award from AIA Georgia for its exceptional design and rebrand work.

Other upgrades to the building include a modern conference center with training rooms, a brand-new fitness center, and a tenant lounge known as “The Hub.” A tenant favorite, “The Hub” offers a place to relax with televisions, a pool table, couches and a kitchen with barstool-style seating.

101 Marietta Street offers convenient access to three separate MARTA train stations. Tenants are just a short walk away from Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Georgia Aquarium, the College Football Hall of Fame and the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which will host the upcoming College Football Playoff National Championship game. 101 Marietta Street is also in close proximity to several shopping and dining venues in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, including SkyLounge, Legal Sea Foods and White Oak Kitchen.
