Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln), on behalf of a private client, has purchased Shops at Towne Lake and Buckhead Crossing, a dominant Sprouts-anchored shopping center located in Woodstock, Georgia. Lincoln purchased the centers from Harbour Retail Partners on behalf of a private buyer. Chip Sipple of Lincoln handled the acquisition of the properties locally. Lincoln will assume the third party management of the properties for the new owner.

Shops at Towne Lake is a 77,781-square-foot Sprouts and Tuesday Morning-anchored shopping center in Woodstock, an affluent Atlanta suburb in Cherokee County. Buckhead Crossing is a 23,745-square-foot strip center. Tenants at the properties include Zoe’s Kitchen, Keegan’s Irish Pub, Pacific Dental, Sports Clips, Pet Supermarket, The Joint and La Parilla.

“Located in the heart of the highly coveted Towne Lake Community, Shops at Towne Lake and Buckhead Crossing benefit from strong leasing momentum in the region and a dominant position near the Towne Lake interchange,” said Lincoln’s Sipple. “These properties also boast a diverse and healthy tenant lineup, including specialty grocer Sprouts, that will continue to meet the needs of this vibrant and bustling region for years to come.”

Both retail properties occupy keystone real estate in Towne Lake, one of Georgia’s premier master-planned communities located in southern Cherokee County. With close proximity to Bells Ferry Road, Highway 92, Woodstock’s Main Street and Towne Lake Parkway, Shops at Towne Lake and Buckhead Crossing are surrounded by high-traffic thoroughfares. Renovated in 2017, the retail properties offer a curated mix of today’s trending retail categories, including service, medical and fitness.
