Julio Carrillo Joins TechBridge as COO

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TechBridge, a non-profit that drives community impact by bringing transformational business and operational improvements to other non-profits, is pleased to announce Julio Carrillo has joined as its new chief operating officer (COO).

As COO, Carrillo is responsible for the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives, specifically working with foundations, corporate supporters, and expanding the support for additional non-profits in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and nationwide.

He will also help grow and promote the social awareness of TechBridge, and the work being done bringing together those from the private and public sector, forming a common bond around the drive to alleviate poverty in the areas it serves. And as TechBridge continues its expansion in other strategic markets, he will be a key contributor in leading this charge.

Prior to joining TechBridge, Carrillo was executive vice president & COO with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta for 11 years.

Carrillo received his BA from Autonoma University, and certificates from Columbia University in Strategy & Innovation, and from the American Express Leadership Academy. He is an established thought-leader, frequently speaking at industry events, such as National Mentoring Summit in Washington, D.C., and The Center for Creative Leadership. He is also an alumni of Leadership Atlanta’s class of 2016, and currently serves as a board member for Agape Youth Family Center.
