Lincoln Property Company Southeast Negotiates Leases at Phoenix Office Park

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated two new leases at the Phoenix Office Park. Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney of Lincoln represented the landlord.

Bobby Dodd Institute signed a new lease for 12,751 square feet at the office park, located at 1777 Phoenix Parkway in the College Park submarket of Atlanta. CGL Facility Management LLC will also be a new tenant at Phoenix Office Park and signed a lease for 10,948 square feet at 1903 Phoenix Blvd.

“With great access to the interstates, lush outdoor spaces and easy accessibility to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, the Phoenix Office Park is an attractive place for businesses,” said Lincoln’s Henson. “These new tenants are definitely going to be pleased with the area and all that this space has to offer.”

Phoenix Office Park is made up of six single-story office buildings. Less than one mile from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and offering immediate access to Interstates I-285 and I-75, this office park is situated in an ideal location. The area also offers a variety of restaurants, banks and hotels immediately surrounding the development.
