Shannon Fishel focuses her practice on general casualty and commercial litigation, and possess particular expertise in appellate practice.  Prior to joining the firm, Shannon worked as a staff attorney and motions attorney, serving the judges of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals from 2014 until 2017.  Shannon also served as a staff attorney and motions attorney to the judges of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department from 2007 until 2014.  

Timothy Veith has been a corporate and transactional attorney for 25 years.  He has experience in a broad spectrum of practice areas, including complex private and public corporate finance and M&A transactions, conduit and securitization financing, banking and securities regulation, and litigation and mediation management.
