Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured a lease for 17,345-square-feet of space at Cobb Corporate Center in Marietta. Matt Davis and Matt Fergus handle leasing for the property. Ryan Blackburn of LaVista Associates Inc. represented the tenant, GigaMonster LLC.

Cobb Corporate Center consists of five single-story buildings totaling 195,921 square feet. The building offers move-in-ready suits and whitebox spaces with 12-foot ceilings available.

“With all of the major renovations to the Cobb Corporate Center recently, this space is at an all-time high as an office destination,” said Lincoln’s Davis. “The landlord is finishing construction on a state-of-the-art tenant amenity center in roughly 5,000 square feet at the complex. It will include a first-class fitness center, lounge area and conference center.”

Cobb Corporate Center is located at 400 Franklin Gateway SE in Marietta. The property offers immediate access to Interstate 75 via the Ga. Highway 120 Loop and is located just north of SunTrust Park at the Atlanta United soccer complex.
