CBRE, Inc. is pleased to announce that Parker Nelson has joined the Advisory & Transaction Services | Investor team as an Associate. In this role, Nelson will join Bryan Heller, Peter McGuone and Heather Lamb, specializing in metro Atlanta office landlord leasing representation.

Before joining CBRE, Nelson completed an internship with a major real estate firm, where she gained first-hand experience creating offering memorandums, tracking the migration of industries, learning how to lead tours and craft marketing pieces. As CBRE is a market leader with an ear on the changing trends in the industry, Nelson will be able to take advantage of proprietary digital tools and resources as she begins her career.

An Alpharetta native, Nelson is intimately familiar with the region having watched the changing real estate scene in Atlanta. A graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received her degree in real estate, she was a member of the Women in Business and the Real Estate Society Group on campus. As of recent, she has joined the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Young Council of Realtors.
