Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Jennifer Davis as the new managing broker of the company’s Sandy Springs and Smyrna satellite offices, where she will lead the office’s independent sales associates. Davis was formerly the branch manager of the company’s Cobb office. She brings four years of experience in real estate.

Prior to her career in real estate, Davis worked for many years in broadcast television production for Cable News Network (CNN) and media planning and management for one of the largest advertising agencies worldwide.  She began her career in real estate sales with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Marietta office, where she rapidly exceled as a top 3 percent sales associate within the company before moving on to manage the office.
