CBRE, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Israel as a Senior Associate in Advisory & Transaction Services in the Atlanta office. In this role, Mr. Israel will work to grow the retail landlord representation practice while representing and cultivating relationships with potential clients in grocery-anchored, strip, and power retail centers.

Before joining CBRE, Israel worked with Skyline Seven Real Estate based in Atlanta, where he grew the company from an office of four to 20 employees. Over his career, he has worked on many notable projects with clients, including DDR and the National Retail Properties of America Inc. Since 2015, he has completed more than 350,000 sq. ft. of leases.
An Atlanta native, Israel is intimately familiar with the region. A sports aficionado and ardent college football fan, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in real estate from University of Georgia and currently serves on the board of the Young Atlanta Retail Alliance.
