Matt Veal Joins Croft & Bender as a VP

Croft & Bender, an Atlanta-based investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that Matt Veal has joined the firm as a Vice President. Matt joins Croft & Bender with nearly 10 years of investment banking experience.

Prior to joining Croft & Bender, Matt was a Vice President at Lincoln International, a middle market investment bank headquartered in Chicago, IL. During his three years at Lincoln, Matt was involved in 20 M&A and capital raising transactions. Matt was a member of Lincoln’s Healthcare Group and also executed transactions across a variety of other industries, including business services, consumer and industrials. Prior to Lincoln, Matt was a member of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Energy & Power Investment Banking Group in Atlanta, GA. Matt earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.
