Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded leasing for Deerfield Pointe and Windward Pointe, three buildings that together offer more than 339,000 square feet of Class A office space in the bustling North Fulton submarket of Atlanta. Lincoln’s Matt Davis and George Gwaltney handle the leasing for the owner TerraCap Management.

Windward Pointe is located at 5900 Windward Parkway and offers 131,732 square feet of space in four floors, along with ample parking. The building opened in 1997 and was extensively renovated in 2014 to upgrade common areas, and to add the “lunch box,” a takeout dining option operating by nine area restaurants on a rotating basis.
