Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated a 38,312-square-foot retail lease on behalf of Adventure Air Sports in Town Center Plaza.

Senior Associate David Hillegas represented Knoxville-based Adventure Air Sports in the lease negotiations. JLL’s Bob Stasiowski represented the landlord, Town Center Associates.

Adventure Air Sports is a world-class indoor trampoline park offering main court trampolines with built-in parkour elements, an extreme dodgeball court, a high-performance Euro trampoline, a flying circus trapeze, long tumble tracks, trampoline basketball, Olympic-sized foam pits and the largest ninja warrior obstacle course in Atlanta. The facility also will feature a state of the art arcade.

Adventure Air Sports specializes in family friendly activities for all ages including birthday parties, youth group events, dodge ball tournaments and corporate team-building outings. On weekend evenings, the facility transforms into a club with laser lighting and live DJ music. Customers pay by the hour for use of the facility.

Adventure Air Sports is planning a March 31 Grand Opening and is expected to employ 50 people.

“This facility is unlike anything else in Atlanta,” said Chris Brown, Adventure Air Sports Owner and Developer. “It provides cutting edge entertainment, fitness and extreme sports, all under one roof.”

“We believe exercise should be a lifelong pursuit, and we strive to create an environment that can be enjoyed by participants of all ages,” added Brown. “Bouncing is a low-impact exercise that can burn up to three times as many calories as jogging.”

Town Center Plaza is a 226,963-square-foot retail center anchored by Marshalls, HomeGoods and T.J. Maxx. The plaza is located at 425 Ernest W. Barrett Parkway N.W. just north of the Interstate 75 - Interstate 575 interchange in northwest Atlanta.

“Town Center Plaza is a great fit for Adventure Air Sports,” said Hillegas. “It offers exceptional visibility and access in one of the largest markets in the Southeast United States.”
