2/27/17

Following the launch of Atlanta-based eVestment’s Private Market Alliance in 2016 and the acquisition of private markets software firm TopQ in 2015, eVestment continues its expansion into private markets data and analytics with the addition of Stuart Williams as senior vice president of private market sales.

Williams joins eVestment with a wealth of experience in technology, financial services, and private markets sales leadership and product management. Most recently, he served as vice president and global product manager with a focus on private markets with State Street. He’s also held sales and management leadership positions with Deutsche Asset Management, Alex. Brown & Sons and IBM.  His experience bridges both capital raises and fund administration.

“As we bring private markets data and solutions to market, the time is right for an experienced sales leader for this effort,” said Heath Wilson, eVestment co-founder and leader of the company’s private markets and alliance initiatives.

“eVestment’s private markets solutions are the future of private markets data collection and analysis,” said Williams. “This is an exciting time to be joining this effort and I look forward to contributing to the company’s success in this arena.”

Williams will be based in Boston and travel frequently to eVestment’s Atlanta headquarters and to meet with clients in the private markets business around the world.
